Over the course of 1-4 weeks (depending on complexity) you will receive draft designs which will be finalised according to your feedback and perfected until you are completely happy. Once I have your final approval and full payment was made we start manufacturing your unique jewellery.
Although we always make sure that all our pieces are designed and built at the highest standard and quality, packed and shipped in the best possible manner, in case there are problems with the product please return it within 14 days and we will replace or fix the piece for you free of charge or refund your money. Item returned must be in the original condition, with no wearing signs.
Since custom orders are tailored specifically to you, they are not refundable.Payment is due before shipping.
It can be made through your Paypal account or using a credit / debit card and you'll be automatically directed to a Paypal secure checkout page where you can complete the payment without needing to make an account.
For other payment methods or payment plans send an email at greywolfjewellery@gmail.comAll items are shipped via UPS. The processing time can take 5 weeks. Shipping time varies depending on the destination. You will be provided a tracking number so that you can check the status of the shipment. At request can be shipped earlier for an extra fee of $75.
